Dieffenbachia are a compact house plants with wide, decorative, glossy, leaves. Known as the Dumb Cane plant they originate from South America. A large showy plant they are a becoming an increasingly popular houseplant. They are generally an easy going plant and will even flower in the right conditions! 

How to care for your Dieffenbachia -

Water: Water once a week during Summer and mist leaves every few days, make sure soil is moist but not soggy, water less frequently in Winter. 

Light: Dieffenbachia is a low maintenance, air purifier. They thrive well in the shade or low light environments, do not expose to direct sunlight.

Humidity: They enjoy humidity, brown leaf tips indicate that humidity is too low.

Temperature: They like warmth, about 20 degrees C.

E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.
