Scabiosa are one of our favorite garden flowers due to how easy they are to grow and the wide variety of colors. One of the few flowers that does not care about summer heat, Scabiosa can be stared early in pots but you will get more plant flourish with fall planted seeds. For direct seeding scatter Scabiosa in your garden area in the fall and then cover lightly with peat. They will germinate and slowly grow over winter. The last picture is a scabiosa that was direct seeded in late September and is approximately 30 days old. They look a lot like weeds so take care not to mistakenly pull them when weeding your garden.
You can also start in pots 6 weeks before your last frost, but in pots they can take up to 3 weeks to germinate so be patient with them and they will germinate in batches. They require light for germination so press into the soil surface and lightly cover with sand or vermiculite. Transplant into your garden after your first frost in the spring.
You can successively seed Scabiosa all spring and summer and you will have flowers until fall.

Nice paper with wonderful print quality

I really like this paper. We print and sell art prints/photography/posters and prefer a matte appearance and this paper works perfectly. It is very white with wonderful color retention and no bleed on the inks that i can see. We use several hundred sheets of this a month in 8 X 10, 11 X 14, A3 size and even have the same Epson paper on rolls for our large format printer.
The paper is thick, but not overly so and it's easy to roll to go into a tube to ship, but thick enough to feel substantial. I recommend this for any photographer or digital artist who wants a nice Matte art print, and the price is decent as well

Perfect for making calendars!

I have used Epson matte papers for printing my images for years (on my Epson R3000), and this configuration was perfect for making my first batch of calendars -- to be given as Christmas presents. I used some of my best images, and the finished product was really something I was proud to gift. At 9 mils thickness, the stock is substantial yet pliable, and when stacked 12 deep makes a great calendar. Image rendition, clarity, color and brightness is superb. I highly recommend this product.

Wonderful Quality!

I chose this paper for my graphic design portfolio and I wasn't too disappointed. The instructions say you have to wait approx. 15 minutes for the ink to dry so it will not smudge, but in a hurry, I didn't have to worry about it anyways. Only negative I have so far is that you cannot print double sided on this paper. Still, this epson paper is inexpensive and creates wonderful prints if you know how to use the Print Settings correctly.

Brilliant - clear - accurate high quality paper
Size: 11 In X 14 In
I love the 11X14 format. This paper is the best I have come across in years. I like it so much I bought, so far, four boxes. The prints I make with my HP Officejet 7110 wide format printer using the Epson Premium Presentation Paper MATTE are the best my printer has ever made.
Colors are rendered perfectly and as clear as a traditional printed photo.
