Grow a Lawn That Lasts with Zenith Zoysia Plugs
Unlock the secret to a lush, low-maintenance lawn with our Zenith Zoysia grass plugs — greenhouse-grown from seed directly in trays, never cut from slabs. This means each plug develops a strong, intact root system for faster establishment and healthier long-term growth. Every tray contains 50 vibrant, uniform plugs, ready to transform your yard.
Why Choose Zenith Zoysia?
🌱 Seed-Grown Strength: Plugs are started from seed, not sliced from sod, giving them more vigorous roots and less transplant shock.
📏 Consistent Spreading: Grows 6–12 inches in all directions each growing season, delivering reliable coverage that improves year after year.
🌤️ Sun & Shade Versatility: Performs beautifully in full sun and adapts well to partial shade, ideal for varied lawn conditions.
💧 Tough & Resilient: Withstands drought and cold better than many other warm-season grasses.
🧑🌾 Low Maintenance: Requires less mowing, watering, and fuss — freeing up your weekends.
🍃 Dense, Carpet-Like Texture: Creates a soft, green, weed-resistant lawn that looks and feels amazing.
Whether you're patching bare spots or planting a brand-new lawn, Zenith Zoysia plugs deliver durability, beauty, and ease — right from the roots.

How to Plant
Planting Zoysia plugs is a breeze! With a simple hand trowel or plugging tool, create small holes at 1-foot intervals in your yard. Insert a plug into each hole, pack it gently with soil, and give it a generous watering. Voilà - you're done! In just 7 to 10 days during the growing season, these plugs will firmly take root, kickstarting your journey to a lush lawn.
- Mow the existing lawn / weeds as short as possible.
- Water the area (digging holes will be easier in soil that is slightly wet)
- Use one of our tools or a garden trowel to dig holes to a depth of about 1.5"inches
- Place a plug into each hole
- Go back and firmly step on each plug, which ensures good contact with the soil
- Water! Water new plugs immediately and each day for the first 2-3 weeks.
