Anacampseros telephiastrum variegata 'Sunrise' is an enchanting succulent hailing from the rocky and sandy terrains of South Africa. This striking plant, belonging to the Anacampserotaceae family, has truly earned its name 'Sunrise' with its dazzling display of colours.

The rosette form of the plant showcases thick, fleshy leaves that are green at the core and delicately edged with hues of pink and cream. This variegated appearance can be further enriched with bright light, eliciting shades of red, orange, and purple, as if mirroring a beautiful sunrise. These rosettes grow up to 6 centimetres tall, initially appearing compact but elongating with age.

During the summer months, Anacampseros telephiastrum variegata 'Sunrise' unveils small, star-shaped flowers, pink in colour, that open up in the afternoon, giving an exquisite touch to rock gardens or container gardens. The flowers can reach up to 3.5 centimetres in diameter.

Growing this succulent is a pleasant endeavour even for novice gardeners. It thrives in gritty, free-draining soil with occasional watering, making it well adapted to drought conditions. Some care must be taken against rot by watering sparingly and keeping water off the leaves. A monthly application of diluted balanced fertilizer during the growing season will keep the plant healthy and vibrant.

In Australia, the plant can be cultivated in regions with a temperature range of 10°C to 27°C, mirroring its native South African habitat. Its non-toxic nature adds to its appeal, making it a safe addition to homes with pets and children.

Whether positioned as a “filler or spiller” in a container or spread as a mat in a rock garden, Anacampseros telephiastrum variegata 'Sunrise' captures attention with its vivid colours and unique growth pattern. Its combination of botanical intrigue and ease of care makes it a charming selection for those looking to add a touch of nature's artistry to their surroundings.

Recommended by my veterinarian
Size: Small (Pack of 1), Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
My veterinarian recommended the red Kong as a chew toy. I’d been buying my 13 lb, now 7 yrs old dachshund the flavored nylabone chew toy products “for aggressive chewers” since he was about a year old. He loves them and would chew them daily. All seemed well. On his last checkup the veterinarian even said that his mouth looked good, but we both could see that there was a brown tartar buildup on his back teeth. Since our veterinarian’s practice has one veterinarian who has dental training, I decided to arrange for a teeth cleaning for my dog. Unfortunately, although none of us expected it, once the tartar was removed from the back teeth it was clear that the teeth had cracks. One large tooth was even chipped down to where we could see the pulp! (Yes, I did note that he occasionally would suddenly squeal when chewing his nylabone, but I thought it was because he’d hit one of the sharp points on a well-chewed nylabone.) The vet recommended that two of the teeth be removed while the dog was still asleep. Then he recommended the red Kong chews for him and said that he would never recommend the nylabone for any dog. They are just too hard and he’s seen too many dogs (of all sizes) end up with cracked and chipped teeth that he (the vet) thinks could have been avoided. He recommended the red Kong for my small dog. The black Kong chew toys are harder and more suited for larger breed aggressive chewers. So far my dachshund is satisfied with chewing the Kong, so that’s what I’ll be buying from now on.

Bacon? IDK but good stuff either way
Color: C) 4" 2-Pack (Bacon)
What is there to say? they're giant 4" rubber balls from the Chew King brand which is very durable brand. The best part is they don't roll under couches, side boards, etc cause they're just big enough.

Tough Dog Balls. Bright Orange/holes for treats
Color: B) 3" 2-Pack (Bacon)
I used to buy Starmark. But their balls got smaller and tore more easily. The color was green. I couldn’t find it when it was dropped in the grass!! Soooooo, I took a chance on this cuz it had holes in it and was bright orange. It is not scented at all or its bacon scent faded. The ball is for strong chewers. I’m a petsitter and I needed tough balls for my clients dog. Shipped quickly. Good price. Exactly as described
