Protect your plants and promote faster healing with our premium Japanese Cut Paste. This high-quality sealer is expertly crafted in Japan, designed specifically to safeguard exposed plant tissue from infection and environmental damage. With a focus on functionality and ease of use, this product is a must-have for any gardener or horticulturist.
Key Features:
- Easy Application: Comes in a convenient tub with a screw-off lid, making it simple to access and apply.
- Long-lasting Protection: Protects exposed tissue for up to 1 year, ensuring your plants stay healthy.
- Hormone Enhanced: Specially formulated with added hormone for slow-healing species like conifers, promoting quicker recovery.
- Effective Sealing: Seals many hundreds of cuts, preventing water ingress and ensuring optimal healing conditions.
- Versatile Use: Ideal for sealing large cuts (3cm or more), grafting, and general protection of plant wounds.
Why Use Japanese Cut Paste?
When a plant's tissue is cut, it becomes vulnerable to infection and drying out. Applying a quality sealer like our Japanese Cut Paste is crucial for preventing these issues. The paste not only protects the wound but also helps the live cambium tissue heal quickly and seamlessly. For best results, ensure that the paste overlaps the cut by at least 1mm.
Usage Tips:
- Moisten your fingers before application for easier spreading.
- If the unused paste hardens, simply soak the tub in water heated to 60-80 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Always wash your hands with household detergent after use to ensure cleanliness.
Available Variants:
- All-Purpose Paste (White Lid): Suitable for deciduous types with no hormone needed.
- Evergreen Paste (Green Lid): Enhanced with hormone for faster healing in junipers, pines, and other evergreens.
Ensure your plants heal properly and thrive with the exceptional protection of Japanese Cut Paste. A gardener’s essential for nurturing healthy plants!
