Royal Velvet English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia ‘Royal Velvet’) is a beloved English lavender variety known for its rich velvety purple flower spikes, long stems, and exceptional fragrance. Highly valued for fresh bouquets, culinary use, sachets, and dried arrangements, it retains its vivid colour beautifully when dried. Its silver-green foliage forms an elegant mound ideal for borders, pathways, and estate-style gardens. Blooming in early to mid-summer, Royal Velvet attracts bees and butterflies while thriving in full sun and well-drained soil. Hardy and timeless, it brings fragrance, colour, and elegance to any landscape.
