Tillandsia harrisii belongs to the Bromeliaceae family. A native of Guatemala, the saxicolous species is a fast-growing Tillandsia reaching a height of 6 to 8 inches. The leaves also have hair-like needled structures called trichomes on their surface that reflect light giving a silver-gray color to the foliage. This winter-dormant air plant gives birth to an inflorescence with purple funnel-shaped flowers surrounded by red bracts. The T. Harrisii grows well and fast in direct sunlight to diffused light.

Solid translation, deep dive into ancient texts
Format: Paperback
The layout is clean, and the annotations help a lot, especially if you’re new to these books. Some of the content is pretty wild—giants, watchers, calendars—but that’s what makes it fascinating. This edition is great for both research and personal exploration. Just don’t expect a casual read—these are intense, ancient writings with a lot of mystery.

Unlike anything I’ve read before
Format: Paperback
I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this, especially with the mention of Ina Quant, but it turned out to be a deeply fascinating mix of texts. The Three Jubilees were incredibly detailed and offered timelines and insights I’d never seen in any other scripture. Jasher was a standout—familiar stories but with so much more context. The modern English translation made it all feel accessible without losing the ancient feel. I’m glad the annotations were there too—they really helped make sense of the more complex parts.

This filled in so many gaps
Format: Paperback
As someone who grew up reading the Bible, this book was a revelation. Jubilees and Jasher gave context and depth to stories I thought I already understood, and Enoch’s visions took everything to another level. I really appreciated how all five books were included in one volume—well-organized, easy to navigate, and supported with helpful notes. It’s a serious study tool, but also a compelling read.

Felt like opening a long-lost vault
Format: Paperback
I had no idea what I was getting into when I picked this up. These writings are so different from the Bible I grew up with—more mystical, more cosmic, and honestly more human in some parts. The modern English translation helped a lot, because even with that, it takes time to digest. Jubilees really surprised me—it’s like reading Genesis with a behind-the-scenes commentary. And Enoch III? That one goes wild. This book isn’t casual reading, but if you’re spiritually curious or love ancient texts, it opens up a totally different lens on early beliefs.
