Made specifically for deciduous trees, Cut Paste Hi – Deciduous Type is a thick, clay-based sealant that protects fresh cuts and encourages fast, clean callus formation. Ideal for species like maples, elms, hornbeams, and beech, this slow-drying paste stays in place as the wound begins to close, helping prevent infection, dehydration, and unsightly scar tissue.
Unlike grafting pastes or liquid sealants, Cut Paste Hi forms a flexible, breathable barrier that moves with the tree and naturally drops away as healing progresses. Its soft, kneadable consistency makes it easy to apply to branch cuts, trunk chops, or carved features.
