Sowing Guide
- Sow in late winter/early spring
- Soak the seeds in water for 24 hours before sowing
- Sow on the surface of trays of moist compost mix
- Do not cover the seed with compost as light is required for germination, just lightly tamp the seeds to achieve a good contact.
- Keep in a bright spot out of direct sunlight
- Maintain temperature of circa 17-22c
- Germination takes 7-20 days
- Transplant outside once all risk of frost passed.
