Wild Rice has been eaten by native communites for millenia andhas a lot to be appreciated for in terms of nutrition. Like conventional rice, it is a gluten-free carbohydrate. It’s also a viable source of protein, as well as dietary fibre and amino acids. Sowing Guide
- Seeds require a period of cold stratification
- Mix the seeds with some damp compost in a ziplock bag
- Use rainwater rather tap water wherever possible
- Place in fridge for 8-12 weeks
- After cold stratification spread the seeds on a pot or tray of damp compost
- Cover with about 2cm of damp compost
- Carry on growing in the pot - do not transplant
- Established plants can go out into your chosen water body in spring
- Do not remove the plants from the pot - place the entire pot under the water as you would with water-lily in a pond etc

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine
