-About Echeveria Dondo-

Echeveria 'Dondo' is renowned for its stunning appearance as a succulent plant with broad, flat, and fleshy green leaves with a tip that comes to a sharp point. The most prominent characteristic of the Echeveria 'Dondo' variety is that its leaf surface is hairy. As it grows and matures, it can reach a diameter of approximately 4 inches. The plant typically displays a predominantly matte green to dull green color, characterized by pointed leaf tips. The tips of the leaves often turn bright red after prolonged exposure to bright sunlight. Under suitable circumstances, they will flourish and emerge above the leaves on numerous stems originating from the heart of the cluster. During the flowering stage, 'Dondo' produces charming bell-shaped flowers in small, dark yellow to orange shades.

-How to care for Echeveria Dondo-

Sun/Temperature: Like most Echeverias, Echeveria Dondo requires full sun and partial shade to maintain color and shape. The best temperature for its growth is 41°F to 86°F. When the temperature is above 86°F, you should use a shade cloth to shade it or place it in a ventilated place where it can receive sufficient indirect sunlight. In winter, protection from frost is needed.

Bring the plant indoors to a location where it can receive sufficient sunlight, such as near a south-facing window. This will provide a warmer environment and protect it from freezing temperatures. If moving indoors is not an option, cover the plant with a frost cloth or blankets during cold nights. This extra layer of protection can help insulate the plant and prevent frost damage.

Soil/Watering: Echeveria Dondo is native to hot, arid parts of Mexico and will thrive in areas with little irrigation. So, it has low water requirements and dislikes being in saturated soil. To keep it healthy, providing a porous, well-draining cactus soil mix is crucial. The soak-and-dry method is the preferred watering technique. Water the plants thoroughly when the soil is completely dry, allowing excess water to drain away. Repotting should be done in the warm season to refresh the soil and allow for better growth. Propagation: The Echeveria Dondo can be successfully propagated from leaves. Gently twist off several leaves from the lower part of the stem. Let the leaves dry for 2-3 days until the cut ends the callus over. Prepare a dish with a thin layer of soil and place the dried leaves on top. Lightly water the leaves every few days, ensuring not to overwater. Soon, new growth will emerge from the base of the leaves, indicating they have rooted. At this point, you can carefully plant the new sprouts in individual pots for further growth.

The toy is best for "non aggressive " chewers. The seller is fantastic though!! They resolved an issue proactively, without being asked-something you don't see often. That level of integrity sets them apart, and I would absolutely buy from them again.

Do not waste your money

Not for aggressive dogs. I thought this was good for the money it’s not. My dog chewed this up in less than a minute. Not too happy

It's A Beast - But It'll Last Forever
Color: Large size (ø 7.4")
This big orange interactive dog toy does a few things differently—and mostly, it does them right. First, there are no batteries and no charging required. The internal noise maker is activated by movement, producing little squeaks and quacks that grab a dog’s attention without turning into an electronic science experiment. Second—and more importantly—this thing is built to last. It’s designed to work as both a ball and a tug toy, which means it’s far tougher than the typical interactive balls that get shredded in short order. I fully expect this one to stick around for a long time. That said, the reaction from my dogs was… mixed. All of them were a bit spooked at first. The sounds made them curious but cautious. My Border Collie was the first to commit and play with it, and she gave it a solid try. After a while, though, interest faded and the toy ended up sitting on the floor largely ignored. I can get them engaged if I roll it around and hype things up, but the two dogs that usually love tug-of-war haven’t latched onto this one yet. My guess is this toy will shine more outdoors. Once spring rolls around and it’s flying across the yard instead of the living room floor, I suspect it’ll get a lot more action. My dogs tend to burn energy—and enthusiasm—much faster outside. If you have a heavy chewer that destroys fragile interactive toys (and drains your wallet in the process), this is a very welcome alternative. Considering how quickly $35–$50 electronic balls can meet their end, this toy earns its place in the basket for durability alone.

Good for non chewers
Color: Large size (ø 7.4")
Dog lived it for the 4 minutes before he chewed a large hole in it. Definitely not for heavy chewers.
