'Starburst' is unfortunately not the most stable variegate and reversions do occur. The best chance of maintaining excellent variegation it to start with a quality plant with really uniformed variegation, particularly at the centre growth point.
*We will only ever sell well defined and highly variegated specimens.
Plant Care: Plants are tough and can grow quite large if given the room. Grow plants in a small restricted pot if you wish to establish a more compact plant. Remove any pure green shoots if they occur.
Origins: 'Starburst' is a variegated reversion of Aeonium 'Sunburst' which shows the opposite traits by having green outer leaves with a yellow centre.
Comments: This cultivar is also known internationally by the name 'Lemon & Lime.
There is also another very similar cultivar named 'Moonburst' which is apparently slightly different in certain aspects. We feel they are most likely the same and see no real distinction between the two.
