After the flowers fade, the small clumps of narrow, green, evergreen leaves emerge in October and persist until May. Lycoris x albiflora 'Dorman' is a cross of Lycoris radiata x Lycoris aurea (aka: traubii). Our plants are from Greg Grant, who got them from the late Caroline Dorman, who got them from the late lycoris breeder, Sam Caldwell. Don't you be late in ordering yours.
