If you plan on purchasing your planter as is, or intend on performing any D.I.Y work, please ensure you do your research and treat it appropriately for the intended purpose to ensure longevity.

Please also ensure you acquire assistance, preferably professional, when moving/placing your piece to avoid damage to yourself and/or the product. 

Damages must be claimed on delivery day and reported to the delivery driver if possible. Claims must also be accompanied by clear imagery, and, goods must be in original delivery condition (original pallet and packaging). IF DAMAGE IS VISIBLE DURING DELIVERY, PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS AND DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. THIS REDUCES RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURN PICK UP DELAYS.

Due to the weight and generally awkward nature of most of our products, freight is calculated after checkout. Location, size of order and available couriers make freight incredibly variable. If freight exceeds budget, we will absolutely refund your order in full. Alternatively, simply select 'bank deposit' as your payment method at checkout to avoid paying any ammounts untol you receive your freight quote. We have zero issues sourcing freight quotes regardless of the outcome of your order! No hard feelings here.
