##Small grey-green leaves in clusters with yellow flowers. The pungent bitter leaves are used sparingly in salads and oriental dishes. Rue is a culinary herb in Mediterranean and African cuisine, with a strong and bitter taste. Rue benefits the circulatory system, helps with nervous headaches, and is infused in honey for herbal cough syrups. Rue promotes the onset of menstruation and uterine contractions. Rue smells wonderful in bloom and attracts butterflies, while deterring pests from from roses and berries. This plant is not a good companion for sage, cabbage and basil. Deters moths and cats as well. Also known as Herb of Grace. Wash hands after handling, or wear gloves, as it may cause skin irritation or allergic reaction, especially on a sunny sweaty day. Tastes a Bit Off but Works Well
With it being in a capsule you wouldn’t expect much of a taste but it definitely has one and it’s pretty unpleasant. Nothing too strong just that typical supplement aftertaste. I’d recommend taking it with food or you’ll probably get those nasty tasting burps later. No stomach issues for me though. Overall it seems like a good product and I’d still recommend it.
