BioLogic’s WhistleBack quail food plot seed was designed by wildlife managers to be planted on the edge of your deer plots or in strips during the spring/summer in an effort to help struggling wild quail populations. Many other bird species will benefit from this planting such as wild turkeys, pheasants, doves and even waterfowl. This planting’s sole purpose is about creating diversity on your property and helping wildlife. Today’s modern farming practices and the way we manage for whitetail deer, oftentimes leaves the wild birds with little to feed on. Research shows they do respond to habitat improvements, especially spring and summer plantings that are utilized in the fall and winter. 10 pounds plants a 1/4 acre or a strip 30 feet wide by 300 feet long.

HOW TO PLANT: WhistleBack can be planted with mechanical grain drills, but also can be broadcasted by handseeder or ATV over a well prepared seedbed and covered with 1/4 inch of topsoil. The key to WhistleBack’s utilization success is to plant it in strips, along the edge of roads, fields and other openings, next to ponds or close to areas of cover.

WHEN TO PLANT: Ideally plant late spring and early summer. The plants in WhistleBack are designed to grow and mature by the end of the summer. The seeds will shatter and naturally distribute on the ground, being consumed by birds in the fall and winter.

FERTILIZER: We highly recommend a comprehensive soil test (www.plantbiologic.com and click on BioLogic Soil Test). Fertilize and lime according to soil test results. In the absence of a soil test, with a neutral pH, fertilize with 350 lbs. of 13-13-13.

This is Some Bunny!!
Color: Bunny (Red), Size: One-Size, Color: Bunny (Red), Size: One-Size
We have dubbed this THE BUNNY. Our fur baby doesn’t go anywhere without his support Bunny and loves it more than his cat sister. Bowie is a big boy and an aggressive chewer yet Bunny has stood up to him. Bunny can never go away!

Terrible quality
Color: Tennis Ball (Green), Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
After purchasing several of these balls, I felt I needed to write a review so that the amount of sales doesn’t make it appear as though this is a quality product!! My dogs absolutely love these balls, which is the only reason I keep ordering them. But, the grunting effect is “killed” quickly and easily and the seam that connects the “top” easily pulls apart. The balls end up ripped in two halves in less than a week. Sometimes less than three days. (We leave them outside so they play with them only when out there). They’re just far too easy to “disassemble” and tear apart. But, it’s fun watching the dogs’ joy in the first few seconds of getting a new one.

KONG; consistently sturdy!
Color: bone, Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This toy is small enough for my 11 pound puppy and he loves it. It's also sturdy enough (as KONG products always are) to withstand his terrier jaws and ability to destroy most toys in under 5 minutes. Keeps him busy for hours.
