- Giving your yucca plant the right kind of soil is somewhat of a balancing act. Yuccas do not need high quality soil, but it needs to be well-draining. However, it still needs to be heavy enough to hold the plant upright. Yucca plant soil should also retain water well. Try a 3:1 mixture of sand and peat in your container.
- Yucca plants prefer to be on the dry side and are considered drought-tolerant plants, which makes sense given their desert origins. In general, allow about the top half of the soil to become dry before watering. More specific watering requirements will depend on how much light your yucca plant receives. In lower light conditions, water your plant less; in brighter light conditions, water your plant a bit more.
- Propagating your yucca plant can be done in two main ways: through division or through pups. Propagation is best done in fall. To propagate by division, separate the rhizomes beneath the soil and plant your new yucca plant in appropriate soil and place in a sunny location. Keep the plant lightly moist until roots are established.
- Yucca plants are quite pest-resistant, another way that these plants are low-maintenance. Spider mites do not like yuccas.

Purchased for granddaughter to keep in her bathroom. She normally removes jewelry and leaves on sink. A $40 bracelet was lost into the waste basket so this will prevent that. Came flat so I gently bent the branches and it is now a 3 dimensional tree . Beautiful.

Awesome -- they work perfectly

Got these to store a DeWalt cordless drill and impact driver on the side of a Gladiator garage cabinet -- and they work perfectly for that. The magnet is incredibly strong, easily supporting the bare tools, and seems even to work perfectly well with an 8ah XR battery on the tool -- not that it's necessary since I don't store them like that. I like that the magnet is padded with rubber. Very nice units, I will get more for sure to store other items.

Incredibly strong magnets and thick, robust hooks. Excellent combination!

These magnetic hooks are really strong. Seriously! Each part is made to carry weight and last. The hooks are built out of thick steel stock. They bolt up to large magnets that grab onto steel surfaces and won't let go. The cabinets in my shop are all steel so these worked perfectly on the sides of the lower units. I have a few #12 AWG extension cords that are bulky and heavy. Truthfully, I didn't think these hooks would handle them. They do without any issue. Another application is a 30' long #10/4 AWG SO cable that powers my powder coating oven. It's usually unplugged and wrapped up. It would often end up on the floor where it was constantly in the way. The outside of the oven is all steel but I didn't want to make holes in it for cable hangers. Again, I didn't think that these magnetic hooks could possibly be strong enough to handle the weight of that cable but they do. And once they're attached, it takes a lot of effort to remove them! Amazing performance!!
I'm thrilled with these magnetic hooks. They are super strong and, obviously, simple to use. Importantly, they stay in place as they should. I wholeheartedly recommend these hooks to anyone. Great product!
