I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for). It's gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it's sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily. Even better bonus: after a few months of consistent use, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 110 to 58! That's a huge win for heart health—I wasn't expecting that, but the psyllium fiber really does trap cholesterol and help lower it (backed by studies and Metamucil's own claims). No side effects for me, and it's affordable in bulk. If you have diarrhea/IBS-D issues or want natural cholesterol support, this is worth trying (start low and drink plenty of water).
