Direct sow around the last frost date. Harvest seeds by clipping upper part of plant which bears seeds into a large bag. Agitate bag to free seeds from pods. Use a fan to separate chaff from seeds. Grind with a coffee or grain grinder to produce mustard powder. Hydrate with vinegar, wine, or beer to make your own mustard sauce! Seed specs: Packet size: 1 g, ~250 seeds |
