Growing Instructions
Schefflera are not difficult plants to grow if they receive plenty of indirect light, warmth, and humidity. In very cold climates, bottom heat might be necessary. Leggy schefflera can be pruned to encourage a fuller plant.
Dwarf umbrella tree seeds are a medium-sized seed. If you pre-soak the seeds in hot water for 12hrs before planting, you can boost the germination rate up to 97%. When planting Schefflera plants, you can use regular, well-draining potting mix. Sow them twice as deep as their size. After you plant them, water the medium enough to make it moist but not soggy. Keep the planting medium between 75 and 85 F (23-30 C) and out of direct sunlight. A great setup for these seeds would be a 3-4” nursery pot with 1-3 seeds per pot. Cover the planter in a ziploc bag to maintain humidity and place in a warm and bright spot, like a windowsill, or a grow light. Once the seedlings start to sprout, and especially when the adult leaves start showing up(those are the second sets of leaves), you can remove the ziploc bag.

Strong smelling bins

Amazing shelf and love that it’s solid wood, but the fabric bins smell so strongly. Even through the wood is not highly treated, I am wondering if the bin material is full of formaldehyde. I cannot find any information on materials of bins. I will be replacing them with natural rattan or woven grass.

Good Quality & Value - baskets included!

I bought this shelf as opposed to others because it was the best value considering it comes with baskets. Perfect shelf for a small space where I needed extra baby storage. I like the natural look but you could easily paint or stain it since it’s unfinished. Super quick to assemble and good quality pieces.

Genuine wood & easy assembly!!

This is a really nice genuine all wood storage unit! Everything needed to assemble it, was in the box. It came with simple instructions, the natural wood is beautiful and all the edges are very smooth. This was literally the easiest assembly ever, since everything lined up so perfectly! There were a couple of extra screws but I'd rather have extra versus being short. Yes, you can see the screw heads but a dab of wood putty is a quick fix. The handles on the bins are a nice clean classy touch, instead of a cheaper looking material pull. There were also 3M pads included. I used those to cover the flush screw heads and corners (on the bottom) to protect my wood floors. This works perfectly for storage for my gemstone jewelry shop on etsy. It keeps everything organized, within easy reach and all in one spot. And, of course, looks good doing so.
Will update on durability.

solid wood, well designed and easy to put together. A few of the back pieces were bowed but thats what you get with wood and it all went together just fine, can't even tell. They are unfinished, but ready for stain or poly Its not often I am pleased with furniture off of Amazon but I will be ordering a few more of these.
