*Soil can get displaced during shipping, just simply pinch it back in, center the cactus and then give a gentle drink/rinse of water. Also sometimes the little smaller glow cactus surrounding the larger center glow cactus can fall off, they naturally get bumped off in the greenhouses, it's expected for some to fall off. You can try allowing them to reroot on top of soil but they may or may not root!
