We have listened to you - and are now pleased to introduce our all-time best-selling fitness swim goggles, now with prescription lenses. A must-have for any fitness swimmer who desires the most comfortable goggles on the market combined with lenses that allow clear vision underwater. This is exactly what Ridley with prescription lenses is for

Typical issues that regular bathers, fitness swimmers, and open water swimmers encounter with their goggles:

  1. Water gets inside the goggles
  2. They sit uncomfortably and cause irritation after just a few minutes of swimming
  3. They cover the whole face, fog up, are not easy to tighten, and the lenses get scratched (okay, that was more than one)

After numerous tests in the water before they were marketed, and now with feedback from over 10,000 swimmers worldwide who use Ridley daily, these are the goggles you need if you want to avoid these annoying problems.

This is due to several special features of Ridley:

  • Premium silicone eye cups with unique suction ability
The eye cups on Ridley, which sit against your eyes, are made of specially soft and flexible premium silicone that has a unique suction capability around the eye. This also means that you can do the typical goggle test: put the goggles on your eyes without straps, and they will still stay in place. For you, this means goggles that don't require the straps to be very tight, thus avoiding red marks and allowing you to swim for hours without noticing them
  • 3D-adapted eye cups for men and women
The size and shape of the eye cups have been adapted after numerous 3D tests of over 150 swimmers, so they optimally fit a wider range of face shapes for both women and men - with the result that water does not enter the goggles. Additionally, the eye cups sit over the eyes - not inside and close to the eyes
  • 100% antifog treated - always
The lens also has built-in antifog technology; you just have to dip the goggles in water before use, after which the antifog activates itself, allowing you to swim with a clear view without worrying about fogging. This is also made possible by the special 3D-adapted eye cups, which do not create condensation inside the goggles
  • Click-adjustable double straps with anti-slip
On both sides of Ridley, you will find easy-to-adjust buttons, which can be pressed easily when you want to adjust the length of the straps. The strap is split, so it can be optimally placed on the back of the head, and the goggles sit more stable. In addition, anti-slip knobs are added to the straps, so you do not risk them slipping off during swimming
  • 180-degree unobstructed view
Ridley is made with curved High-definition lenses, offering the widest possible 180-degree view to both sides, so you always have full orientation underwater. In addition, the high-definition lenses mean that despite the wide view, you still have a completely sharp vision all the way to the sides, which you will not experience with ordinary goggles where sharpness is only in the centre of the lens
  • Flexible and soft nose bridge
Most nose bridges between the two lenses are today made of plastic. With Ridley, you get a soft, flexible, and ergonomically adapted nose bridge made of Silicone, which does not chafe or press on the nose and adapts to the movements that come naturally during swimming

And as if that weren't enough, Ridley comes with a completely free breathable microfiber bag, which you can use to store the goggles before and after use. This prevents scratches on the lenses and allows them to dry quickly.

Amazing review but falls short in comprehensiveness
Format: Paperback
Felt lost while going into Ortho Sub-Is, but this book was a great quick review before going into them. It served well to give context to the field, but definitely not enough for a thorough review for sub-Is. If you are not in medical school, this book might be more apt for you. Overall, love the cartoon and definitely helped me some questions right on intense pimp sessions.

Med school orthopedics (basic orthopedics) presented in an easy to understand format.
Format: Paperback
This book is well written and easy to follow. I'm a fan of this publishers "Clinical Pathology Made Ridiculously Simple," and I found this book to be similar in presentation. This is a good book for Medical and PA students during their orthopedic didactic curriculum, and as a review before an orthopedic rotation, but it's a little too basic to be the only book you read during your orthopedic clerkship (for clerkship, I recommend also reading Case Files Orthopaedic Surgery). This is a good book to review orthopedic concepts for board exams. It's also a good book for primary care residents and primary care mid-level providers who want to brush up on ortho.

Multiple Myeloma
Format: Paperback
In the next edition please include a section on the dreaded bone cancer called multiple myeloma. Too many Orthopedic people, including physical therapists, often misdiagnose MM and blame it on arthritis.
