Sleep aid that helpd.
Flavor Name: Peppermint
I purchased these because I understand that the natural production of melatonin decreases drastically after the age of 40. I have been using another brand that much more expensive for a lower dosage.
I read the other reviews and decided to give these a try. I have been taking them for about 30 days. I think, I have a good understanding of the pills.
It appears that the other brand had a more consistent effect. They sublingual and you would feel drowsy after about 20 minutes. These are slow desolve and take effect after 30 minutes or so.
My only issue was consistency. I would say that 90% of the time I would be drowsy. Once or twice a month they would have a minimal effect. They are a stronger dose, 5 mg versus 3 mg of the other product. They are less expensive and they work most of the time.

Holy dreams Batman!
Flavor Name: Peppermint
This product is so good I had to come back to review it! I originally got this for my daughter since she has terrible insomnia, but she hated the minty taste...so I started taking them along with my husband and wow is all I have to say! It makes me tired and Iβve been having the craziest dreams (I usually never dream or remember them)! Definitely recommend and I actually really like the flavor.

Not fast dissolve. After 20 minutes, it still sits beneath my tongue.
Flavor Name: Peppermint
This is definitely not fast dissolving tablets. My B12 and biotin sublingual tablets dissolve in a couple of minutes but these pills last over 20 minutes.
