VLK-3R1 Waterproof RFID Triage Tag

Designed by physicians, engineers and designer, the VLK-3R1 RFID (Radio-frequency Identification) Triage Tag is, for Emergency Medical Technicians, paramedics and first responders, to quickly classify victims during a mass casualty incident (MCI) based on the severity of their injury in conventional and digital ways, and empower EMS with the latest technology of Internet of Things.

The VLK-3R1 Triage Tag adopts Simple triage and rapid treatment (START) in evaluate victims and assign them to one of the following four categories:

  • Immediate (red) 
  • Delayed (yellow) 
  • Minor (green) 
  • Deceased (black)

Additionally, the VLK-3R1 Triage Tag reorganized the record filed into an optimized SOAP Note (an acronym for subjective, objective, assessment, and plan) type of data structure. Considering hazardous working environments that first responders are facing, the VLK-3 Triage Tag provides full medical practice protections indoors or outdoors at air temperature from -20 °C to 60 °C / -4 to 140℉ . It could be disinfected easily against cross-infections and/or contamination on routine basis or emergency scenarios.The VLK-3R1 RFID Triage Tag reorganized the record filed into an optimized SOAP Note of data structure. It's easy to be written and read in the embedded RFID chip from distant up to 5m/16.5 ft.
