Gentell Waterproof Non-Bordered Foam Dressing is a primary wound dressing for chronic and acute, moderate-to-heavy exuding, partial- to full-thickness wounds including superficial wounds and second-degree burns. Waterproof Non-Bordered Foam can also be used as a secondary wound dressing.

Directions:
- Irrigate the wound with Gentell Dermal Wound Cleanser and gently dry the skin surrounding the wound site.
- Select appropriate size Gentell Waterproof Non-Bordered Foam Dressing based on the dimensions of the wound.
- Remove the dressing from the packaging and apply directly over the surface of the wound.
- Repeat daily or as ordered by a physician.
