- 【Rust-proof and Smooth】Due to the coating surface treatment technology, our slide rails are more rust-proof and anti-oxidation than other products. The interior adopts double industrial-grade bearing balls, so the drawer can slide smoothly even with heavy objects. The rubber anti-collision pad is a wear-resistant and impact-resistant device, and the drawer slides quietly without collision noise.
- 【Double Load Bearing】Drawer slides are made of 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel, and the material is one times the thickness of ordinary slides. Full extension drawer slides hold 100 pounds, 40 pounds more than regular slides.
- 【3 Folds Full Extension & Detachable】--When the drawer slide is fully extended, it is twice as long as when it is closed, meaning that your drawer is fully visible to you and can use all the space.
- 【Detachable 】 The back of the slide rail is designed with a detachable buckle, which is more convenient to install. The rear end of the slide rail is equipped with a rubber mute pad, and the noise is as low as 35 decibels, bringing a more comfortable home experience. If you have any questions, you can contact us in time.
- 【Packing List and Precautions】Including: drawer slides, installation screws, installation instructions. Note: Due to the special soft close design, it takes some force to pull out, which also avoids the danger of your child accidentally pulling out the drawer.

Metamucil Daily Psyllium Husk Powder Supplement, 3-in-1 Fiber for Digestive Health
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 300 Count (Pack of 1)
Effective Fiber Supplement with a Few Minor Drawbacks
I've been using Metamucil for several weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s made a noticeable difference in my digestive health. This 3-in-1 psyllium husk powder really lives up to its promise: it supports regularity, helps curb appetite between meals, and contributes to overall gut health.
One of the biggest benefits I’ve experienced is improved consistency and regularity—within just a few days of taking it daily, I felt lighter, less bloated, and more “in rhythm.” It’s also great knowing that it helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol, which makes it more than just a basic fiber supplement.
That said, there are a couple of small things that keep this from being a full 5-star product:
1. Texture and mixing – Even when stirred thoroughly, the powder tends to thicken quickly and can become a bit gelatinous if you don’t drink it immediately. It's not awful, but the texture might be off-putting for some, especially if you're new to fiber drinks.
2. Taste – I tried the orange flavor, which is decent and not too sweet, but there is still a slightly artificial aftertaste. It’s manageable, especially if mixed with cold water, but not exactly enjoyable.
3. Frequency – You have to take it consistently (1–3 times a day depending on your needs), so it does require sticking to a routine to get the full benefits.
Despite those minor issues, it’s an effective and reliable fiber supplement that does what it claims. If you’re looking for something to help with regular digestion, mild appetite control, and general gut wellness, this is a solid choice. Plus, the large container lasts quite a while, so it’s a good value.
I’d definitely recommend it—but be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with the texture.

Good source of fiber for one's digestive track.
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 300 Count (Pack of 1)
If you want some more fiber for your diet these work well. They are swallow easily and are noticeable except for being effective overnight.

Keeps you regular as long as you take them regularly
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 300 Count (Pack of 1)
If you take stuff that keeps you from being regular this is a must have. The pill form is the best as the gummies never work for me. Also works great with Miralax.
