We have designed a long sleeve dress made of soft and stretchy deep teal velvet. The dress features a gold trim around the neckline and gold tulle flutter sleeves on top of the shoulders. The skirt is made from multiple layers of soft shimmering tulle that match the teal tone of the rest of the gown.
