The flattering off-the shoulder neckline offers versatility, as it can be worn higher on the shoulder or pulled off— or even styled asymmetrically. The flounce at the shoulder emphasizes the clavicle, and the flattering shape. There is and underskirt lining, which adds volume to the skirt's sweep, and prevents sheerness. It is crafted of 100% cotton for a look that's simultaneously special and effortless. It comes with a matching tie belt at the waist, and closes with a hidden zipper down the back.
