A corset-bodice midi dress with buckle straps, asymmetric hem, and lace underlayers, because we wanted a dress that felt like it was built, not sewn.
The Frostbitten is one of the most complex pieces in SS26. The bodice is structured and fitted, built with visible boning and a sweetheart neckline in textured black faux leather. Buckle-fastened straps sit at each shoulder, adjustable and functional, with stud detailing that runs along the top edge.
A double belt wraps the waist with twin buckle fastenings, cinching the silhouette and creating a hard line between the structured top and the flowing bottom half.
Below the waist, the skirt drops into an asymmetric, handkerchief-style hem with multiple layers. Black fabric and lace overlap and fall at different lengths, creating a jagged, uneven hemline that moves with every step. The lace underlayer peeks through at the longest point, adding texture and depth to the silhouette.
It’s part corset, part slip, part something that doesn’t have a name yet. The kind of dress that doesn’t need accessories because it already is one.
