"Another Lucky Star Fashion" label. It has sewn in shoulder pads. Overall decent condition but it does show wear and staining. It has some light overall discoloration. Seam separation on the collar. The belt has a lot of wear and the back side has cracked in several places. It is a little stiff. The belt has a fun shape; it is narrower in the front and widen slightly at the sides.
