We are honored to be your designer of choice, therefore we maintain stringent quality control (QC) standards so that all our customers receive the most beautiful and best fitting gowns. All Gowns are made to order and customized to your specific measurements. You will receive a special gown made just for you with every order.
  Returns & Exchange:
  Customers are Required to contact our Customer Care Team for return approvals within the first 3 days of gown delivery through Email. Upon approval - We generously accept Returns & Exchanges on Gowns within ( 7 days in the US. and 14 days for International orders) upon delivery with the following stipulations: A 30% restocking fee and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer ( this includes both the U.S. and International returns ). Incase of manufacturing errors; the customer will be eligible for an exchange of a similar product at no cost. Read more on our terms and conditions on checkout.

• Sizing Requirements:

  We require that you provide your measurement:

  • Bust
  • Waist
  • Low Hip
  • Hollow (Collarbone) to Floor Height                                            

  Note: Please use our size chart provided at the bottom of this document as a guide to determine your size. Allow room for adjustment on your gown so that  you can custom fit your gown to the exact size few weeks before the event incase of size fluctuations. We advice that you order your gown according to your current size and not anticipated future changes in size. Always remember that; It is easier to take away fabric from your gown than to add for a gorgeous final fit.

  Event Date: You will also be requested to provide your event date. This information is critical in scheduling your gown production timeline.

  Gown Completion: We suggest that you plan to order your beautiful gown between 24 to 48 weeks in advance. 

  Normal Delivery 12 - 14 Weeks

  Rush Delivery 8 - 12 Weeks

  We do offer a rush gown delivery at an additional flat rate cost of $200. Please include a comment on your inquiry form  requesting a rush delivery.
