Vintage 1960s / 1970s resort sandals slip on mules / gold metallic leather? high heels adorned with white beads, gold metal decorations & sparkling white flower decoration in the center. I still remember wearing a white pair of these beaded slip on heels and going dancing in them. They were so comfortable and sturdy because of the wide block heel.

I came across these vintage mules decades ago before people were even selling on the internet. These vintage resort wear and summer sandals / shoes are just adorable and perfect for at home or vacations. The very comfortable nearly 2-1/2" heels are a perfect height for going out in the evening or during the day shopping. There is no thong strap that goes between one's toes that always hurts so much. There is the main strap that comes across the top and goes to the sides around the middle area of the shoe and then another small strap from the side in front that joins the top main strap. There is no size marking on the shoe other than some numbers which are "270" so that may mean they are Size 7 but go by the measurements for a good fit. 

I wear a size anywhere from a 7 B (medium) to an 8-½ AA. I tried the shoes on and they were very comfortable on me the way the straps were situated. The shoe is 9-3/4 long measured inside and 3-1/8” across the widest part which would be the ball of the foot measured on the sole and 2-1/4” across the back where one’s heels would rest. The block heel measures 2-1/2" and is very stable when wearing.

Although these have been in my collection, I have not worn them but someone else has. They are in very good condition with the usual wear on the bed of the shoes since someone wore them and the heels have just a minimum of wear.  The tops of the shoes look great with the gold straps and beading which are in excellent condition. Former owner or store crossed out something on the bottom of the shoe with a black marker but no one will ever see that. Scuffing on the bottoms as they have been worn and some store markings but if that bothers you, the shoemaker can put on a new half sole very easily. The actual heels themselves are in very good shape and it looks as though it is the original "tips" if you want to call it that on the heels themselves.  

You just don’t see such adorable shoes with detailing like this anymore unfortunately. Love the beads and decorations as they are so pretty. These would be adorable with a vintage pair of shorts, romper or dress especially for Viva Las Vegas, a cruise or when staying at a resort!
