Made of a crisp cotton mix, it has a brilliant rose print in a color combination of blood red and black. It has no designer label but it is very well made so I would not have been surprised to find one. The bodice has minimal seaming and perfect, to the elbow, length sleeves. The skirt is really where all the detailing is. The bodice curves down past a nipped in waist to a slight drop skirt. The skirt is caught up under itself and attached to the inner lining so that it creates volume. It was not styled with a crinoline - this is the natural volume created solely through the cut and seaming. A darling flat set bow sits at the waist for the perfect finish. Excellent, appears unworn condition.

Unlined through the bodice. It closes with a back hidden set zipper. The skirt is lined in a black silk and the inner seam where the skirt attaches into the skirt has an inner edge of elastic to further help create the shape.
