The beautiful PS24028 is a bubble mini dress by Portia and Scarlett's fall collection! We love this dress for Homecoming and formal events! The top of the dress features thin straps and plunging neckline with wide belt. The bodice is made of thick satin fabric. The skirt falls into a sequin and pearl pleated bubble skirt.
