Now though my skin gets irritated occasionally due to changing weather, I can't fully say it helps clear up my flare-ups entirely. What I can say is that for me since applying this on my red spot areas, it has kept the itch at bay considerably and made the skin smooth to boot. So I will continue using this cream and hopefully through time it will fully clear up.
