This makes it am amazing and striking piece to layer other pieces under to come up with endless styling options. The fabric is a light wool done in a bright red Tartan plaid. The waist sits fitted under the bust and then the skirt flares out form there and is very full. A great little piece that is very fun. Excellent condition
