This dress has a fitted waist, a slim skirt and a front over skirt so that the front appears full and the back is fitted. Incredible design, with taffeta ruffles at the cuffs, neckline, and hem of the under skirt. There are fab hidden side pockets and the dress is in mint condition! I don't agree, I sleep perfect on these, no neck pain in the morning. Update 04/24 These are actually quite small to be considered queen pillows. They have become firm over the last few days.
