Features of our Neon Green Fairy Costume Tutu Skirt
- Pixie (angle cut) tulle skirt made from layers of super-soft and fluffy 100% polyester tulle. Can be cut for a customized look without fraying.
- Can be used (and reused) for a Halloween or other costume.
- Tulle is a sheer fabric. Wear over leggings, biker shorts, running tights, or other clothes. Satin covered elastic waist for extra comfortable fit.
- Hand wash, lay flat to dry. May be ironed on cool setting to reduce wrinkles and help fluff it up.

PLEASE measure your waist AND hips to determine proper size. These skirts are costume accessory pieces and not sized like regular clothing.
- Toddler/Kid Size - Waist: 16" to 28" fully stretched. Length: 11". Best for toddlers & kids.
- Teen/Adult Size - Waist: 20" to 36" fully stretched. Length: 15". Best for adult up to size 10.
- Adult Plus Size - Waist: 28" to 44" fully stretched. Length: 15". Best for adults size 12-16.
- Extra Plus Size - Waist: 34" to 58" fully stretched. Length: 15". Best for adults size 18-24+.
