The bodice of the dress is hand draped with an off centre knot detail and finely pleated at the waist to for the full length bell skirt. Fully lined in cotton with pockets hidden in the skirt. Finished with a velvet sash belt. 

Boned bodice with separate hooped underskirt. Fastens with a concealed zip back. 

The hem is the skirt is appliquéd with hand drawn cotton people of the world designed from our research on gingham history. Each hand appliqued to the hem of the skirt.

Oh, we've all heard of manifestation. Frankly, as an older guy and a retired Marine, I kinda cringe when I hear the word. "Something sissies would say," I'd think. The author does reference principles found in Christianity and Hinduism, for instance. But also physics and psychology. Practices such as visualization, gratitude and love (law of vibration, love that). So good. I'm going to get this book for my kids, since I can't get them to read the Bible, perhaps they'll read this! Seriously, it's a great complement to God's principles and not nearly so hard to mine. ; )
