Condition:  Good, the elastic in the left sleeve, while still holding some elasticity, is stretched out and bigger than the right sleeve.  We recommend replacing the elastic in this or both sleeves.  On the right/button hole side, the first pleat at the third button down, has experienced some tension/stress in the fabric where this pleat is stitched down and the fabric is splitting.  It's a small area (3/4" big) and the weakness lies underneath the pleat but worth noting.
