As always, the cut is slim but never skinny, with a high armhole for mobility and a long enough to stay tucked in shirttail. It's made with single needle stitching, 22 stitches inch, flat felled seams, and thick, 3. 5mm Trocas shell

It's hard to come up with something more classic than an OCBD. Ours is made of beefy, American-style oxford cloth — from Portugal; go figure — and has a soft, nonfused button-down collar with just the right amount of “bloom.” As always, the cut is slim but never skinny, with a high armhole for mobility and a long-enough-to-stay-tucked-in shirttail. It's made with single-needle stitching, 22 stitches/inch, flat-felled seams, and thick, 3.5mm Trocas shell buttons. And once it gets too worn out, retire it to sport-shirt status, because the more you wash and wear and knock around in this fabric, the better (read: softer) it gets.
