Insightful
Format: Paperback
This book has been an absolute game-changer for anyone navigating the world of midterm rentals and seeking actionable insights to succeed. Unlike many other real estate books, it is refreshingly devoid of unnecessary fluff and gets straight to the point, offering invaluable advice that can be put into practice right away.
Erin's expertise shines through in every page of this guide. Her approach is practical, well-organized, and laser-focused on helping hosts make the most of their 30+ day stays. What sets this guide apart is its emphasis on actionable insights. It's not just about theory; it's about real-world strategies that can be implemented immediately. Erin doesn't just tell you what to do, she explains why it works and how to adapt it to your unique situation.
One of the things I appreciated most was the structure of the guide. Divided into four parts, it covers every essential aspect of midterm rentals, from property preparation and pricing strategies to guest communication and handling potential challenges. The step-by-step breakdown of each part makes it easy to follow along, whether you're a seasoned host looking to refine your approach or a newcomer eager to dive into the world of midterm rentals.
Erin's Guide to Midterm Rentals doesn't overwhelm with jargon or complicated concepts. Instead, it provides clear and concise explanations, making it accessible to readers with varying levels of experience. The practical examples and case studies sprinkled throughout the guide add a real-world dimension, helping readers envision how the strategies can be applied to their own situations.
In a market flooded with real estate resources, Erin's Guide to Midterm Rentals stands out as a beacon of practicality and usefulness. It's evident that the author genuinely cares about her readers' success and has taken the time to distill her own experiences and insights into a guide that is both informative and inspiring.

Game changer
Format: Paperback
I never write reviews and this will be short. This book is a game changer for me. Erin presents an organized knowledgeable review of Midterm rentals with lots of legal advise, check lists, and common sense. This information has taken the scary out of starting a business using my basement. My book is well worn from reading it so many times. Have ordered her second book and will wear it out also. Thanks you Erin

Loved this book !!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!

I really enjoyed Erin's podcast on YouTube and wanted to be able to look up the information she was sharing. The book had large enough print for easy ready, clear chapters and direct points. Looking forward to using it as a reference.
