Being a kid can be hard. We take mental health seriously and want to do what we can to help kids navigate their journey. This cute moth dress has a star design on the bodice and skirt that are a reminder to kids to breathe, count, and hopefully calm.
It is proven that counting can help the brain go from the emotional to logical state helping to calm us. The star has 1-5 on each point that the child can breathe in and out while tracing up and down each point or they can simply count the numbers.
If the star design doesn't quite do the trick your child can count the moths on the dress or even trace their designs.
