This vintage dress from the 1970s is so fun ! And a perfect party dress from the period. Made by Paule Nelson for Holt Renfrew. The dress is a brown silk chiffon with a lace yolk and ruffled high collar. It also has balloon sleeves that cinch in at the wrists with a lace ruffle that mimics the collar. The dress is bias cut with a ruffled hem and a full lining. There is actually a bit of netting on the front of the dress that has a hook and eye that closes around the waist. Its very flattering and easy to take on and off with the long zipper at the back and with snaps leading up to the collar. It would be perfect for a petite woman or a teen.
**NOTE: The zipper is fully functioning, it was just too small for our mannequin. PLEASE see the measurements **

MATERIAL: Silk Chiffon and Lace
CONDITION: Excellent! It looks unworn, but after close inspection I did find a couple of flaws to note:
- There is a hole on the bottom tier ruffle at the front, its not noticeable since its covered by another ruffle (1cm)
- There are some white marks on the bottom tier ruffle at the back. Again these are not very noticeable due to the placement. You would have to be moving the fabric around looking for them.
- There are a couple of small breaks in the lace (I found 2) but they are not noticeable and could be easily stitched.
