Fits many! About a modern size XS to Medium. A knit with stretchiness to fabric when pulled tight/taut.
Bust (underarm area measured flat across, then doubled) to about 30" slack, 42" pulled flat and more taut
Waist 26" slack, 34" pulled more taut, and can be belted down significantly more with the drawstring
Hips full/about 44" to tight 50"
Shoulder to waist adjusts with tie straps
Underarm to mid-waist panel about 10"
Mid-waist down to skirt's hem about 27 1/2"
