I am a plus size gal. I was looking for some sleep shorts, but all the ones for us plus size gals were so short I may as well not have been wearing anything. Also, unlike the women's shorts, the pockets in these are nice sized, big enough for my phone and then some. There's a drawstring, but the elastic in these is plenty to keep them up and riding at my waist, where they're supposed to be, without having to tie them. Typically I wear a 2X, but I purchased these in a 3X because I like a little more room in my PJ bottoms, and they fit great. The only thing I don't care for necessarily is that the elastic waistband is just a smidge scratchy, but after wearing them a while I found it didn't bother me. And the price is pretty good for two pairs - much cheaper than women's plus shorts. I liked them enough that I came back and bought 4 more pair!
