Elystra [ˈɛlɪstrə] — Nymph of Frosty Stillness
Origin:
Elystra was born from the pale stillness
that settles over the forest just before the first frost forms —
a breath-thin moment
when even the air turns crisp with waiting.
She stepped from that quiet wrapped in the faint shimmer
of ice beginning to bloom on stone,
carrying the clarity that only cold morning light can give.
Nature & Presence
Elystra appears only in the early hour before sunrise,
when the forest is quiet and the ground holds its breath.
Where she walks, a thin frost forms,
bringing a calm that clears the world around her.
Her presence can be felt in the crisp stillness
and in the faint sound of frost settling on leaves.
With the first touch of warm light,
she disappears like breath fading from glass.
Attire
Her gown resembles first frost:
grey lace catching pale light
and tulle drifting like morning cold preparing to lift.
