45 oz. - 1270 g Two Person Backpacking Tent

Spacious. Secure. Ultralight. The Lunar Duo – Explorer redefines what a single wall, ultralight tent can be.

With an unsurpassed space-to-weight ratio, it’s no wonder the Lunar Duo - Explorer is affectionately referred to as The Backcountry Palace. The pitch design provides a lot of interior space, and that doesn’t even include the two vestibules. It’s the perfect tent for anyone looking for livability without greatly compromising weight.

*To completely repel water, shelters need to have sealer applied to the seams before use.
*Shelters including a seam sealing service may not ship immediately.

Description

Three Words Describe the Lunar Duo

Spacious This tent is at home in a campground as much as a top a windswept ridge and large enough for four adults to sit and play a game of cards.
Secure No matter how bad the weather, you can batten down the hatches for a comfortable nights sleep.
Ultralight Lunar Duo offers no compromises despite the fact that it’s less than half the weight of your traditional tent.

The Lunar Duo offers the most interior room of any tent in its class and weight range. Dual curved poles located on either side create a unique arched roof. Combined with a tent height of 45 inches and width of 54 inches leaves so much interior space you've got room to spare.

With dual oversize vestibules, each person has plenty of weatherproof storage for gear. The Lunar Duo's two vestibules can be deployed to multiple positions. When fully open, it provides maximum cross ventilation, keeping you cool and those pesky mosquitoes at bay. They can be raised or lowered, ensuring that you can achieve the optimum configuration for the weather you're likely to encounter. The Lunar Duo's vertical sidewalls prevent rain falling into the tent.

Like all our shelters it is designed to be pitched with adjustable trekking poles or with our fixed length aluminum or carbon fiber poles (sold separately).

Features

  • Dual Vestibules provides excellent gear protection.

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

New Romantic Suspense Series in a Poly Community
Format: Kindle
I was very excited to start this series and it exceeded expectations. First, if you haven't read the prequel novella, you should! It sets up the premise of the series and the idea of this poly community in Alaska where they run vacation adventures. This story picks up after the community is established and there is threat. The prologue is chilling. I loved this so much. I really enjoyed the FMC. Her drive and passion for photography and wilderness and how she was overcoming her history. I especially appreciate stories that showcase emotional abuse and manipulation that is more understated and creeps up on you. The MMCs had the best bromance and though they had a shared backstory, they were distinct from each other and had complementary personalities. So much understanding and acceptance in the relationship as a whole. Its sweet and spicy. There are multiple dangerous situations and red herrings - the final sequence of the book I was on the edge of my proverbial seat. Ready for book two!

A mystery and a healing journey for 3 people
Format: Kindle
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Touch her and 💀 🍑🍆🍑 MFM/Why choose 🤓Military MMCs 🥺Damaged hero 🤯BIG mystery to solve 🐶Lovable fur bestie 😈Forced proximity My Thoughts 💭 I definitely feel the book is contemporary but there are some dark sides to it just because of their past and what they went through within the military as far as the guys. I can say that I do love how Aiden and Miles are such good friends and how they stuck together and have helped each other. Aiden is very goofy and free willing but has a lot of guilt and almost in a way self-conscious. As were Miles gives off a dark and broody daddy vibe and Aspen ends up being the one to just unravel him. I do love Aspen work and how she overcomes what she's been through and how she sees her growth and her self-worth and decides to put herself first. This is a very much meat cute moment just because of the way they meet but then you have the backstory of like Miles and all of that... I feel that the underlying plot of the mystery aspect really keeps you entangled into everyone else as of the side characters so I'm excited to see more of the series. Spice is that a three just because I feel like there was so much more to their relationships and their interactions that the spice wasn't the forefront of it which was good because they needed to grow all three together and you need to see how they interacted separately and there was a lot of trauma healing in this book so it's understandable why the spice isn't the forefront. I would say that if you're looking for something that is going to be sweet but yet pull at your heartstrings this will be the book.

Left with Questions
Format: Kindle
I'm hoping some things will be wrapped up in book 2 but with the epilogue for this book being a year later I'm currently just confused. Otherwise a very good read.
