They do have a leathery type smell to them if you’re sensitive to that (doesn’t bother me) and my dogs WILL ingest what they tear off if I don’t watch them closely. Dog toys can be so expensive. I personally think the was a great price despite not being the most durable. I may purchase again next year!

(2 stars) Update (07/23/2025): The replacements have arrived! My dog loves the new plushie sloth and so far it is in tact. It doesn't have stuffing in the body as far as I can tell, so little to no clean up hopefully. They also sent her a spiked squeaky ball and she's getting used to it. This company has some of the best customer service and support that I've experienced. (5 stars)
