Please read all of these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your pre-order. By submitting your pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions. 

1.Pre-Order and Acceptance.

Each pre-order you submit for a Product creates an order to purchase that Product. Pre-orders are completed when you provide your shipping address to us and payment is captured. Pre-orders are subject to KUSON acceptance and may be rejected for any reason at any time at KUSON’s discretion. If KUSON is not able to fulfill your order by the stated period you will be dully refunded the purchase price. 

KUSON will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided by you when Products are ready for shipment. In case your pre-order is not completed you will receive a notification by email. 2.Cancellation & Refunds

We value your right to cancel your order prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us directly. 

3.Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years of age to pre-order a Product. By agreeing to these Purchase Offer Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old. If you are pre-ordering a Product on behalf of a company, entity or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions on behalf of that organization.

4.Payment.

Payment will be captured at the time of order and held until such time that your order is shipped and deemed fulfilled. 

5.Shipping and Delay.

You are pre-ordering a product that will be produced for you in the future. Any shipping date is indicative only, and the actual date for shipping for any accepted pre-order will depend on factors including manufacturing schedule, and the date of your pre-order, your completed pre-order, received payment and our acceptance of your completed pre-order. Shipping date is subject to change without notice.
